GuestI am running cMap 3.1 and Form extension to have users submit their own directory listings. I had it working fine, until I installed JetPack 2.9.3 plugin today. Submitted listings were not showing up in Manage anymore, and the email notification was not received. I have since uninstalled JetPack and all is fine again. Is this a known conflict and any thoughts on resolving? Otherwise I have a very happy client using Connections – thanks!

I am not aware of any conflicts and so far not else has had an issue so hope fully it is an isolated case and not a new conflict or something.
Quick question, we’re you logged in while testing Form with JetPack installed? If you were, you were actually adding entries to the directory with the same permissions as if you were to add them in the admin. Basically this mean they will not end up in moderation and no email will be sent.
If you were logged out while testing, what I”l need is a link to the page on your site with Form on it with JetPack active that way I can add a test entry entry to see if any errors are reported.

GuestInteresting. I am indeed logged in but prior to installing Jetpack I recall the submitted listings working as expected: showing up in Manage (as unlisted) and an email notification was received. Regardless of whether my listing submission testing is while logged in or not, why would Jetpack effect this? Hope that makes sense. I really need to be able to use Jetpack.

GuestAnd to clarify, the submitted entries (using Form) were missing entirely while Jetpack was installed.

Yes, they should show up as unlisted, but they would not be routed to the moderation queue. You have to be logged out in order for the submission to be routed to the moderation queue and the email to be sent.
The entry being missing entirely is an issue, but I still need a link to the page with Form on it so I can submit a test entry so I can see the error so I can give you a solution.

GuestOk, with further testing I’ve determined that it’s not Jetpack.
I’ve narrowed down the issue to happen when entries are submitted with a logo attached via Form. All entries submitted without logo via Form show up in Manage. I’m not experiencing any issues adding entries via the admin panel.
This site is not yet public. If needed, I could create a user login for you.

Sure, send me a login. Details can be posted here as a private reply. I’ll also need a copy of an image that is failing.
