ParticipantHello! My client informed me that the Alpha search has stopped working since the upgrade. What should I change? Thanks!!

The site is using cMap 1.0 which is a couple years old now … I highly recommend updating to version 3.0.x. It is a free upgrade which can be downloaded from your purchase history. Please take note of the special upgrade instructions.
This should resolve the issue. Thanks.

ParticipantHi, Steven! Thanks for the quick response. My purchase history has my other purchases, but not cMap. I cannot think that I would have it without purchasing it. Can you double check this for me? Thanks!

Did a search of my email … Looks like we did an exchange Market for cMap via email. Back then I didn’t have a way to handle that any other way. When I upgraded the shopping cart your original purchase of Market was imported. I edited your purchase history so you’ll see cMap instead of Market now. Hope that helps.

GuestHi, Steven! I think I got everything upgraded correctly, but the alpha still isn’t working. Any thoughts?
Thank you!

cMap 1.0 is still being used. After you installed cMap as a plugin and activated it, did you go to the Connections : Templates admin page and delete cMap 1.0? If not, you need to activate the default template, delete cMap 1.0. After which cMap 3.0.x will show up for activation.
