GuestI had to deactivate Connections via FTP as I received a HTTP 500 internal error when trying to log on after updating to latest version.

I just pushed out version 0.7.3.3 which I believe resolves the issue. Please let me know if it does not.

Are you certain this is the exact same error? This error was corrected long ago. Could you paste in the exact error you’re seeing?

The update was supposed to fix that error but now I cannot upload any image!!!!! I need this up and running by Monday = what can I do?

Sorry, no, I do not remember. Please keep in mind I help many users over the course of the day. I do recognize the name you post under because you’ve left several posts support forum posts:
http://connections-pro.com/support/topic/out-of-memory-database-error/
http://connections-pro.com/support/topic/category-dropdown-gone/
http://connections-pro.com/support/topic/fatal-error-returned-after-update-to-latest-version/Makes it very difficult to keep track of, especially since you post not logged in at times … when you post not logged in, those posts are not linked to you so the only way I can find them is thru searches.
Since you posted about the image issue under this topic:
http://connections-pro.com/support/topic/category-dropdown-gone/Can you please continue to post under that topic about this issue? It will certainly help me help you.
On to the issue at hand…
Another user gave me access to their multi site install and they was indeed one other multi-site related bug related to image uploads. The version I have this fix in is 8.1.2 which I will be releasing either today or tomorrow.
If you’d like me test this fix on your site, I’ll require an FTP login and a super admin login, temporarily. Post the login details in the other topic as a private reply and then follow-up with a non-private reply so I know you’ve posted login details.

ParticipantIn this post you direct me to post under another post I opened. In that one, you referred me back here. I am so confused.
What I am NOT confused about is that I have paid for your software and a few additional plugins/templates and it does NOT work. Can I please get an update?

In the other post you open you asked for an update which I had already posted in this thread, the day before, which is why I pointed you back here for that updated. As you see have multiple threads open for the same discussion is troublesome…
In both threads I did offer to install the next bugfix for you; one to be even more certain that it would address your particular issue; two so it would have been fixed for you while I hunt down and fix a few other edge case bugs.
Any way … I will be releasing 8.1.2 today (a day later that I had hoped) after I finish up responding to others in the support forum and after testing this fix on anothers users site who has a unique setup which exposed some other edge case bugs that needed to be tackled.

Sure, I’m still willing to install it, I’m tidying up the code right now for the release … testing on one more multi site would still be beneficial. It has been tested on several others at this point so I’m confident this will be the last bugfix release dealing with path issues due to the image support rewrite.
Post the login details here, in this thread, as a private reply. Then, please follow-up with a normal, non-private reply so I am notified that you posted the login details.
Thanks!
