When Connections Business directory plugin is activated I am getting the following error:
Warning: call_user_func_array() expects parameter 1 to be a valid callback, function ‘cn_register_custom_metabox_and_text_field’ not found or invalid function name in /home/fleetvab/ruraltrade.com.au/wp-includes/class-wp-hook.php on line 286
When the plugin is deactivated the error disappears. This error shows on the Connections page on the website and in WordPress Admin
cn_register_custom_metabox_and_text_field is not a function in Connections, this would be something you or your dev would have added.
My best guess based on that name is that you or your dev was following this tutorial on how to add a custom text field.
The first line of code in that tutorial is this:
add_action( 'cn_metabox', 'cn_register_custom_metabox_and_text_field' );
This seems to indicate you’ve added this line of code, but not the actual function or you renamed the function without updating the action.
Locate this code and either correct it or remove it and the error will disappear.
Hope this helps!
thanks Steven… gives me somewhere to start looking. Will report back on how I go.
