ParticipantIn the bottom right corner of each profile, there is a Show Map option, but when I click it all it does it scroll back to the top of the webpage?
What is it supposed to be doing?

It is supposed to show a Google Map in a slidedown content tray. I just visited your ohio******.com site and the map tray seems to be working fine for me. Perhaps you are using and ad blocker or have javascript disabled in your browser?

ParticipantI’ve tried this in firefox, chrome, I.E. & safari on my iphone and I still haven’t seen this thing work.
Could there be something else I’m missing?
On all browsers when I click the button it scrolls to the top but does nothing else. I am also not getting any popup blocker notifications on any browsers?

RE: I’ve tried this in firefox, chrome, I.E. & safari on my iphone and I still haven’t seen this thing work.
Odd, when I visit this page:
https://www.ohio******.com/doctors/
The map trays and the maps on the individual doctor pages work fine.
Google is issuing a warning about your API key being invalid. You should correct that.
Perhaps you are experiencing other errors in your browser. Load the page in Chrome, hit the F12 key and then click the Console tab. Chrome will show you the errors is has run into on the page. Make sure to click the Show Map link while the browser Console is open.
I suspect the reason why I see it working and you are not is based on the fact you are logged in and I am not. The cause is likely that another plugin is causing a fatal javascript error which only occurs while you are logged in. This in turn is breaking javascript for all plugins, not just Connections.
RE: I am also not getting any popup blocker notifications on any browsers?
You would not get a popup blocker notification because Connections does not use them.
Hope this helps, let me know what you learn.
