Hi,

I just move server to aws and add load balance, I found an issue, the user photos are randomlly shows up, some of them shows broken image and after refresh these may shows image but others are showing broken image. I saw image name and url changes all the time, how can I fix this issue

I found all image url include 1x… if I remove 1x… it works

That is standard syntax to support HiDPI images, like not an issue unless you are using an old browser.

Does it work fine in Chrome?

I switch to old server, it wont happen. Is there any software missing to support?

Make sure the files exist in all locations, including CDN if you’re using one. For example, these two images:
1. http://um-prod-loadbalancer-1265060266.us-east-1.elb.amazonaws.com/wp-content/uploads/connections-images/ilia-aleman/ilia-110dbac225dca00c74cc3fa117342edd.jpg
2. http://um-prod-loadbalancer-1265060266.us-east-1.elb.amazonaws.com/wp-content/uploads/connections-images/maria-l-aldana/marialdana-9537d1f806449bf56e95876540f88a87.png
I can refresh the page for each many times, quickly, sometimes they display, sometimes I get a 404 response. I get the same result with every image I try.

Hi Steven,

I checked the files.. it looks like all the same on two server. Even though I visit one server, it still happened randomly, since I checked again on old server, it works fine. So I am thinking there is same server support missing. Is there any more info you can help?

Sorry, no, server config definitely is not my area of expertise. And I believe this is a server config issue.
