    We’re unable to upload images to the online directory again. Image size is 2.6 MB .JPG file format. Memory and folder permissions are still the same as reported earlier at http://connections-pro.com/support/topic/unable-to-upload-images-to-directory/

    We upload an image and get a blank screen at http://www.firstpresmanhattan.com/wp-admin/admin.php?connections_process=true&process=manage&action=update&id=54 as an example.

    What do you suggest we investigate please?

    No more suggestions that what I gave before. What happens when adding an entry without an image? What happens when you add an entry with a smaller image?

    @Steve, I’m thinking it is an image size issue. Can you tell me acceptable size requirements for image upload please? Thanks.

    I resized to 400×300 and it worked fine so it was the image size that was the issue. If you could post reminder of image requirements, it would be appreciated. Thank you. All is fine and working now.

    Size isn’t determined by Connections. It all has to do with the server/PHP configuration. Generally though those multi-megapixel images from point and shoot cameras and cell phones are going to be too large. You can not go by file size either, because that is just the size of compressed. It is actually much, much larger when the image is opened.
