ParticipantI bought me the template Circle. Here I wanted to change the Label Text and some profile details by adding following to the site:
[connections enable_search='TRUE' enable_category_select='TRUE' show_category_count='TRUE' excerpt_length=15 show_note='TRUE' str_bio_head="Forschungsschwerpunkte"]
However nothing changes on the front end.
I attach some screenshots from the back- and frontend.
Thanks for your help!
Kind regards,

Here’s a few suggestions to follow in order…
- Please check and ensure the Circle template is installed and activated on the Plugins admin page.
- Please check ensure the Circle template has been activated for use on the Connections : Templates admin page.
- If you have enabled the Single Entry Template option on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Display tab in the Single Entry section, please disable it.
I hope this helps, let me know.

ParticipantThanks for getting back to me so fast! The problem was at the Templates admin page.
I had activated the template under “all” and assumed that it would contain all roles (person, organisation, family etc.) But when I looked again specifically, I realized that I had to activate it individually under “Person”, “Organisation” etc.
Now everything works :-)

Good to hear you have resolved it. Just as an fyi, the only reason you had to activate the template under the other template types was because of of #3 in my previous reply. With that option disabled (its default) you only need to activate it under the “All” template type.
Hope that helps!
