ParticipantHi Steven,
There seems to be a lot of knowledge tucked away in the forums and I’ve found that I am spending quite a lot of time searching to find answers so as to avoid duplicating questions. I wonder whether you would consider creating a searchable Wiki and then answering the forum questions via new Wiki entries. Your customers could add some code snippets and shortcode examples that they have created too. It would be especially helpful for customizations.

I do plan on putting up more QuickTips in order to expose more of the advanced knowledge that burried in the forums.
I have looked at Wiki plugins for WordPress … most were underwhelming the last time I looked. If you know of decent one, I’ll definitely take a look.

ParticipantInteresting. I guess nobody seems to have felt it worthwhile to create a good wiki plugin for WordPress – I just spent 30 mins or so looking. Perhaps using something like Frontier Post with a custom post type and support-oriented categories taxonomy might enable the same result to be achieved.

Basically that is what the plugins do … at least the ones I looked at. What I’ve been meaning to do it answering via QuickTips. That would at least put them in a common area. Another thing I was considering was a StackExchange type of plugin. But I have not looked long enough to know if any of them are any good.
