ParticipantAFter enablink user required to login to submit new entry i have the following
User logged in, it has rights to access that page ( thru WishList Member plugin)
I have all forms fields displayed ( those that are permtted to be displayed)
however,. if i click on the blue button to expand anything ( like Add Email Address, Add Address) – it does not open and i am redeirected into the beginning of the submit entry page
If i skip these fields and fill out Name, Last Name and etc and click submit button, the entry is not added – neither to the page, nor seen in the Manage page of ConnectionsThank you

This generally only ever happens when another plugin or the theme causes a fatal javascript error on the page (most common) or the javascript for the Form is not being loaded on the site (rare).
YOu can see if there is an error on the page by visiting the page in Chrome. Once on the page hit the F12 key and then click the Console tab. All the page errors will be listed here.
Generally you can figure out the source of the error, unlikely it’s Connections.
If you give me access, I can take a look. details can be posted here as a private reply.

This error seems to be related to the theme. Another theme by the same developer seems to have the same error:
You’ll likely have to contact them in order to have fix the bug in their theme.
The other suggestion I can give incase the error from the theme is being caused by another plugin, try the suggestions in these FAQs:

This was definitely a bug in the theme. The button it adds the WordPress editor which is what Connections uses for its bio and notes fields is not compatible … will not run on the site’s frontend because they do not load the corresponding javascript. This causes the fatal error.
I edited the theme so the button only loads in the admin where their javascript is loaded. The Form now works as it should.
Hope that helps!
ps. if the theme devs do not fix this bug in their theme and they releaser an update without a fix and you update, you will lose this change and the Form will stop working again.
