ParticipantHi…
i have a member list of lawyers. Some of them have a specialization.
Is there a way to get a second category-like table and sibebar-selectable widget? They don’t want to mix that together in one category-collection.
Also interesting here is gender neutrality. Male is “Fachanwalt” and female is “Fachanwältin” but both ca be for one specialization…

ParticipantOr… Another Idea is…
is it possible not to show the category childs in the template? I’m using Default Entry Card.
So this could be the solution… Only show category parents and the category child can be selected in the widget…

KeymasterYou can add the Category widget to the sidebar twice and then use the include/exclude options to include/exclude the categories you want listed in that widget instance.
Does that help?

ParticipantI already have that… But what i want is that the entrys shown in the second category widget shall not be shown in the member card…

KeymasterRE: i want is that the entrys shown in the second category widget shall not be shown in the member card
Sorry, but that can only be done by custom coding the category display in the template.
RE: i found out how to display Certifications in the view… How can i format that Tag?
That is because it is display as either an
h3
orh4
tag. I can not recall which. You can use CSS to change the display to anything you wish. If you share a link for the page, I can give some guidance, if needed.I hope this helps!
