    Have used the directory for months – all fine. Now we can’t see any members. There is only the one main page showing. No Search. And View Profile link doesn’t work. No other pages can be seen.

    Get the message: ” No Results Found. The page you requested could not be found. Try refining your search, or use the navigation above to locate the post.”

    Nothing has changed on our end. Can you help?? Thanks

    Hmmm… that message is from WordPress, you get that when the page you are requesting does not exist? Can you confirm that the actual pages exists or not? Can you share a link to it?

    So I’m getting that error message when it’s looking for this page…

    So there is members page /

    and a members-directory page

    What is the next section “name” – would that be a page too? I don’t see that…

    So there is a page named “Members” and a page named “Members Directory” on the WordPress Pages admin page, correct?

    And, on the the “Members Directory” page there is the [connections] shortcode, correct?

    Lastly, the “Members Directory” page is set to be the Directory Home Page?

    If there is, please give me a temp admin account so I can take a look. Login details can be posted here as a private reply.

    @ Erin

    It seems something slightly broke the WordPress Permalinks on your site. Saving them without making any changes fixed the issue.
