I have a directory set up on a company external site and we want to replicate that to the internal company site. Is that possible?
You could use the CSV Export All tool found on the Connections : Tools admin page under the Export tab and use the CSV Import extension to import the exported CSV file on the site.
Hope that helps!
Hi, I exported the CSV file from the external site and tried to Import it in the internal site. I choose the file and click upload but nothing happens and I don’t see the entries. What am I missing? I’m attaching the .csv file.
It sounds like you might be trying to use the Category Import tool. Make sure you have installed and activated the CSV Import addon. After you do, you will see a “CSV Import” admin menu item under the Connections menu. The first button is Map, not Upload. Here are the instructions.
