    Hi Steven

    I have posted this issue on your WordPress plugin page – link yesterday.

    I’ve activated the Profile Entry Card template now so you would be able to check the issue.

    Is the template Profile Entry Card active now on your site? The page does not seem to be loading. Is that the issue you are experiencing?

    Can you go to the Connections : Tools admin page and click the System Info tab, scroll to the bottom and generate a temp remote view URL and share it with me?

    The issue is that you had this in the bio field for the Canton entry.

    [connections id='6' order_by='id|SPECIFIED']

    The bio and notes field= do support shortcodes but you should put the [connections] shortcode in it. In this particular case… you created an infinite loop. The id=6 is the Canton entry so trying to an entry within itself will just keep repeating until the server runs out of resources.

    I remove the shortcode from the entry now it works fine.
