    Hi Steven,

    When I do a CSV import, everything seems to be imported. But the phonenumber is not imported. Is there a predefined format for the phonenumber I need to know or is there something I forgot?

    any time there’s an import issue, it is usually due to a malformed CSV file … Could I get a copy of the CSV file so I can take a look?

    I was able to map and import the CSV without issue … everything seems to be in order.

    Hi Steven,

    This is strange, I use the same CSV and both the phonenumbers do not seem to be imported.
    I use a translated version of WP, could this be the problem?

    Seems unlike … but which translation are you running? I’ll give it a try to see if that is the issue.

    Also, could you attach a screen capture of the mapping step?

    Hi Steven,

    We are using 3.9.1–nl_NL
    I hope this is just a translation issue. If needed I can switch to 3.9.1–en_US do the import again and then switch back. But only if needed :)

    I’m able to import just fine using the nl_NL translation too.

    Can you send me screenshots of step one and step two? I need to see the options you’re choosing.
