We monthly import data to connections. Last month, the import worked fine, this month, the import fails. Wie select the file to import and click on “map”. A new page appears, with a headline, but no mapping dialog… ? Any idea ? Any help ? Do you need access to the backend ?

If you were running a older version of Connections last month and have since upgraded to 8.36.1, that could explain it.
CSV Import v.8 is pretty old and may no longer be compatible with recent versions of Connections.
My first suggestion would be to renew your CSV Import license and update to the current 2.0.2 version.
