    Hi Steve,

    We finally came off “hold” with our church directory and I applied all of your various updates. Unfortunately, FORM is no longer sending Email Notifications to the ADMIN for moderation of new or edited submissions.

    I deactivated/reactivated the plugins and tried “saving” various settings with no success. I deleted all Connections records and users, retried, and have the same problem.

    This was working in the prior version of FORM.

    @ Rick

    Have you verified that WP is sending emails? Form just uses the core WP email functions to send emails. So, basically this means if Form can not send emails, it is because WP can not.

    Yes…I use Registration Plus Redux and it sends new user emails to the ADMIN and USER just fine.

    Any you are getting success messages, right? Oh, wait, how are you testing? As a test, log out and submit an entry. Do you get an email?

    I always test by logging out totally and going in fresh.

    No submission messages are sent to the Admin. Also, no edited submissions are sent to the Admin.

    Ok, then. There must be something unique to your setup which is causing the failure. I’ll need admin access to si can debug. Login details can be sent using the Contact link below. Please paste a link to this forum thread so I can relate the two. Thanks!

    I have registered you as an Admin…you should have received an email with the PW (that part works).

    If not, go ahead and register on the site and I’ll see it and elevate your rights.

    I just added my directory entry. I did receive the email from Form stating “Thank you for your directory submission. We will review it and contact you with any issues.” as expected.

    So far so good…

    Privileges are elevated and deleted the user I set up for you.

    Interesting that WP did not send you the email…although it went to “site.admin@connections-pro.com”.

    Yes, the user receives the submission response but I did not get an email as the Admin that anything is waiting for moderation. Thus the problem.

    Do you want me to manually approve so you can continue?
