ParticipantHi! I have used this plug in for a while and love it. I noticed today that there was a problem submitting the form. I thought maybe it was because I hadn’t done the last update. I did the update but, I am still having the same problem. When someone tries to submit their listing it does not submit. It keeps wanting them to select another category. Also the fields for address 2, address 3, and basically all fields left blank are highlighed in red. I am not sure what has happened. Can you please let me know how to fix this issue? Has the shortcode changed? The shortcode I used is: [connections_form photo='true' logo='true']. I will post the link below. Thanks!!

I submitted a few test entries the other day and I did not see any errors? Did they show up in you approval queue? If not, can I get a temp admin account so I can take a closer look?

GuestHi! I did receive your submissions. It seems to be a browser issue. It works fine in IE and Google Chrome but, does not work in AOL. Is there a way to fix this? It worked in AOL before. Please let me know. Thanks for your help!!

AOL Explorer? wasn’t that discontinued way back in 2006 [according to Wikipedia]? Hmmm, maybe you mean AOL Desktop, looks like that might still exist. Neither show up in web market share analytics that I monitor so their usage must be well below 1%. Sorry, but I don’t think I’ll be putting dev effort into making sure it works with AOL Desktop or Explorer… However, if you said it worked before, I’ve changed nothing recently [since Feb 18th] with Form so it is likely an update to another plugin or theme is the cause for the issue. Might I suggest deactivating any plugins you may have added or upgraded before this issue?

GuestHi! It is AOL Desktop. I didn’t realize that so few used it so, I won’t even worry about it. LOL..I guess I am unique because I still use it (or I could be behind the times!). Thanks for your help!
