    Hello,
    I get the following error on our website when I activate the Slim template:

    Fatal error: Call to a member function getImgEntryX() on a non-object in /clientdata/apache-www/p/o/poultryhub.org/www/wp-content/connections_templates/slim/template.php on line 33

    Please advise.

    @ Mick

    You need to update Slim to the latest version. You can download it from your purchase history. Template installation has changed significantly since you purchase Slim. Please carefully follow the update installation instructions.

    I had a similar problem when I tried to update – my slim template is broken. I purchased it back in 2011, but I don’t see anything in my download history.
    I updated the shortcodes but the default template is showing instead of slim.

    I updated you account, the download now shows up in your purchase history as it should. Apologies for the trouble!

    re: I updated the shortcodes but the default template is showing instead of slim.
    Make sure you remove the shortcode option template from you shortcode if you have that set. Instead, after installing and activating the Slim template, make sure you activate it on the Connections : Templates admin page. Hope that helps!
