I’m trying to import a set of entries and run into the attached error when clicking the “map” button.

You installed the beta version of the CSV Import Correct? Please login to your site using FTP and navigate to this folder:
You should see three files there, do you? What are their names?02/19/2018 at 9:31 pm #452357
The three files are:

Really odd! The first that happens before anything is that those files are loaded so it should not be possible to get that error… and yet you do. There must be something I’m over looking. I’ll need a temp WP admin login and a FTP login to debug this further. The details can be posted here as a private reply.02/20/2018 at 11:35 am #452459This reply has been marked as private.02/20/2018 at 4:33 pm #452477
Ok, I think I know the issue now. I bet another plugin is using the same CSV parsing library which is causing the version for Connections not to be loaded. You forget to include the FTP password. Could you please reply back with it so I can identify the conflicting plugin?02/20/2018 at 6:54 pm #452486This reply has been marked as private.02/21/2018 at 10:01 am #452548
It see the Participants Database plugin also uses a third party library called parseCSV. Because only loads its libraries if this parseCSV is not present you get this error in Connections. I tweaked the logic on you site a little so Connections will load its libraries. You no longer get this error message.
The import process should be fine, but, the version of parseCSV in Connections and Participants Database is slightly different. This could cause an import issue because the version loaded Participants Database will be used instead of the version with Connections.
If possible, I would recommend temporarily deactivate Participants Database while you do the import in Connections.
Hope this helps! Let me know.
