Recently updated the plugin and I think there may have been an error in the database upgrades (pretty sure but was doing multiple things at the time). I think the user didn’t have alter rights. Not sure which version it was, but was prior to most current.
So if tables didn’t get altered appropriately, is there a way to verify? Sorry, but I’ve “inherited” this from another person for the time being and not sure of the standard diagnostic procedures for the plugin or WP in general.
@ Scott Dunn
There’s not a easy straight forward answer. However, if you give me a temp admin account I can log in and force Connections to go thru the proper updates.
Would be glad to. Where should I send the temp credentials?
