My client would like us to embed links in the Name and the Image linking to the profile page. I read the instruction in Post 47106, however, I cannot seem to get it to work. I have attempted several combinations of the “?php echo <a href=…”
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
I should clarify – I was able to embed a link to a third party website (https://google.com), but not to the profile page.
Change it to”
<a href="<?php echo $entry->getPermalink(); ?>"> <?php $entry->getImage( array( 'image' => $atts['image'], 'height' => $atts['image_width'], 'width' => $atts['image_width'], 'fallback' => array( 'type' => $atts['image_fallback'], 'string' => $atts['str_image'], ), ) ); ?> </a>
And for the name, use:
enter code here`<h3><?php $entry->getNameBlock( array( 'format' => $atts['name_format'], 'link' => true ) ); ?></h3>
Hope this helps!
THANK YOU (again)!! It worked perfectly. I see what I was doing wrong. Duh!
