ParticipantWe have the ROT13 Email Encryption plugin installed (https://connections-pro.com/add-on/rot13-email-encryption/). When I deactivate the plugin, the emails appear. Is this plugin still supported? Or does it not work with the most recent Connections Pro versions? I noticed in the changelog that it hasn’t maintained since 2015.
Thanks,

It should continue to work fine. Can you please share a link to your directory page so I can take a look?

Please exclude the ROT13 script from Autoptimize. That should fix it up.
Hope this helps, let me know.

ParticipantI don’t see any ROT13 options included with Autoptimize? I’ve attached screenshots of what Autoptimize options are and how they’re set.

You will not find a setting for ROT13 in the Autoptimize settings, you need to add the ROT13 script to the “Exclude scripts from Autoptimize:“, so add this to the settings field
cn_rot13.jsHope this helps!

Just a tip, this link will temporarily disable Autoptimize, that is how I know it is Autoptimize cause the issue:

I am working on an update to ROT13 Which will be compatible with Autoptimize. I do not have an ETA at this time though, so excluding the ROT13 script is the quickest easiest solution.
