Have you purchased an addon for Connections such as one of our premium templates or extensions with a valid license and you need help?
Are you using the free Connections plugin? Don't worry, you are still very important to us! We are still providing you with the same high quality support that we're known for.
It would be really great to be able to customize the submission form much more. I’d like the following features if a plugin could be created and I’d definitely pay for it! 1) Change the names and descriptions of fields
2) Assign which fields are mandatory
3) Eliminate fields which we do not want/use
4) Add a checkbox field for tags that could become searchable by users. (for example my directory is of food bloggers and I’d like them to checkbox tags like Gluten Free, Vegan, Keto Diet, etc. And then I’d like users to be able to search the directory for bloggers with those key words and perhaps geographic region.
This is on the todo list and will be added to the Field Configuration settings when it is added. No ETA on this as I’m working on items for Connections at the moment :)

Checkout the options under the Field Configuration tab on the Connections : Settings admin page.

Tag support has forever been on the todo list. Most often I find that clever usage of categories can work well.
