I’ve imported the attached CSV file multiple times on my test installs, all with no issue. Just to clarify… the issue you are experiencing is you get a white screen when you click the map button? Have you reviewed the PHP error logs to see if PHP logged any errors that might be of help?

ParticipantI am able to map the data fields and the white screen occurs after I click the Parse button (screen shot attached). I haven’t reviewed the PHP error logs. I am using Chrome on a PC. Any great reference for how to do this?
Thanks

Parse button… you must be using a old version, that hasn’t existed in a year and a half (ish). You should update the extension. Current version is 1.2. Which version do you have installed?

Participantright. that did it! updated the version and import successful. How do we stay updated on extension versions? I usually update plugins as they become available. Am I missing a setting for automated notification?
thanks for the help on this one

Great to hear the update solved the issue.
Older version of the templates and extensions required you to keep an eye on the site and your purchase history. New versions, you can enter your support license key on the Connections : Settings admin page under the Licenses tab. After you enter it, you’ll be notified in admin and be able to update in admin like the free plugins from wp.org.
Hope that helps!
