    Hi, My contact lists show up well, but when the name of the contact is clicked, the page returns to “Oops! That page can’t be found.” The pages that don’t load have the following URL format: http://domain.com/contact/name/name-of-contact/

    The site is hosted by Godaddy managed WordPress. Any ideas?

    Sample code for the page is:

    [connections category='4' image='logo' map_frame_height=200 map_zoom=16 enable_category_select='false' tray_image='null' str_work_addr='' str_work_phone='Phone' order_by='id|SORT_ACS']

    Is the shortcode on a page or post/custom post type? Is the a custom post type “Name” or, maybe, “Contact” enabled by the theme or another plugin? Could you share a link to your actual directory so I can take a look?

    Thanks so much for your help Steven. I don’t think there are any custom post types enabled, my install is pretty vanilla. Id be happy to share the directories with you; they are

    Hmmm, odd. Can you go to the WordPress Permalinks settings admin page page and just click the Save Changes button?
