I’m working on a new layout with ThemeTrust’s Hayden theme and WP Fluid Images but I’m running into a problem.
Fluid Images loops over all images with fixed height/width and removes the fixed attributes so that they scale responsively. This is working fine here, using my old theme, The Cotton:
On Hayden however, this happens:
The height and width are replaced with a percentage value which shrinks the image to 30% of full-size.
1. Have you seen this behaviour before and is there a fix?
2. If I wanted to change the output from Connections so that it doesn’t write a fixed height or width, how can I do this without hacking class.output.php?
Unfortunately, the only way to handle this is to edit the
class.output.php file. The adding of the
width to the
img is considered best practice. Actually not having will negatively affect the site PageSpeed score (if I remember correctly).
Sorry, Unfortunately, I do not have a solution to this.
