    Ok my friends
    I have tried reinstalling this plugin and have created new pages like in step 4 several times and have run this problem by wordpress experts at our hosting company and for some reason the short code is not working. It does not grab the directory and carry it over to the page i have designated. any suggestions or similar problems and the solution would be greatly appreciated. I have been at this since thursday morning.

    Well, that’s odd, because in the first post your screenshot shows it working. Were there any other changes to your site?

    Can you please send me a temp admin account? I’ll log in and take a look. The details can be set using the contact link at the bottom of the page. Please include a link to this forum thread so I can relate the two.

    Ok, it was not showing because the following was added to the theme’s styles.css file:

    #cn-top + .cn-list, .cn-image-style {
    display: none !important;
}

    This will completely hide the output of the shortcode. I commented it out and now it works fine. Please see your “SVL Team test” page.
