Participant- Can you confirm if the following is correct?
- License allows for installs on multiple websites, with support and upgrades included for only 1 site for 12 months;
- Support license can be renewed annually for 80% of purchase price;
- Upgrades are only available on a site where the support license is active.
- When the support license lapses, Connections and add-ons will continue to function but will not upgrade.
- Is there any chance you give a discount on the support license for not-for-profit organisations?
- When my development site goes live, I will be changing the domain name. How do I rejig the license for the new domain?

Correct. Because the templates and extension have to be GPL licensed you are free to install on as many sites as you wish. When you purchase a support license, unless a multiple site license is purchased, I provide support and updates only to a single site.

Correct, support licenses can be renewed at a 20% discount off of the full price at the time of renewal.

Correct. They will function up to the point that they don’t due to compatibility reasons. I work hard to ensure this does not happen but sometimes it must happen in order to move forward.

My recommendation is not to activate until after you move the domain. But if you wish to activate on the dev site, just be sure to deactivate the license on it before moving. If you forget, you can always change the active site on your purchase history page under the Licenses tab by clicking the “Manage Sites” link for the item(s) you wish to change the activate site.
