I just logged in and did a test. I added a new entry for me with a birthday of today. I then forced the WP Cron events (this is the process that triggers emails) to run. I immediately received the birthday email. You should have received one to according the email logs. So it seems to be working now. I did have to make a very minor change to the plugin which I’ll include in the next update.
Hope this helps!

Guesti have received mail but while i try through entries the mail is not working no mails are going. I have given the birthday date has today and set the time of email sending is 10 but no mails i received kindly give a entry in backend and test it if you are receiving the wishes mail instead of triggering the process. waiting for your kind reply. Also i believe it will take the local timing

I believe the issue is your testing method… you can not set a birthday to the current day and expect to get the email. Set it one day ahead. The queue for the email to send is created once daily at midnight. The queue is processed hourly starting at the time at the designated time.
I changed your giri entry to have anniversary and birthday on July 12. So, at midnight, both will be added to the queue. I changed the email start time to be at 1 am so the email for both will send at that time. IF, your site has traffic at that time. This plugin uses the WP Cron system, if there is no site traffic, cron events are not triggered at the designated time. Instead they will run when the next person visits the site.
Here’s a better explanation from this site:
What is WP-Cron and why use it?
Cron is the time-based task scheduling
system that is available on UNIX systems. WP-Cron is how WordPress
handles scheduling time-based tasks in WordPress. Several WordPress
core features, such as checking for updates and publishing scheduled
post, utilize WP-Cron, though WP-Cron is still an largely
under-documented and under-utilized feature in WordPress.WP-Cron works by checking on every page load through a list of
scheduled tasks to see if there are any tasks that need to be run. If
there are any tasks scheduled at the time of page load they will be
run. It must be noted here that WP-Cron does not run constantly as the
system cron does. WP-Cron will only be triggered on page load, this
means if you have a task scheduled for 2:00 PM but do not have any
visitors until 5:00 PM your task will not run until then. Why use WP-Cron? Well first off, the vast majority of hosting services
are shared and their users do not have access to the system cron. This
is a real bummer as there are a lot of great uses for a cron system,
thus the beginnings of WP-Cron. Though it may not run at a specific
time, WP-Cron will get your tasks done in a good manner. WordPress is
all about simplicity, so rather than forcing your users to go outside
of WordPress to setup a task it is much more simple to utilize the
WordPress API.If you would like to trigger these cron events manually for testing, navigate to the Tools : Cron Events admin page. First run the event
cn-aabe-daily-eventby clicking theRun Nowlink. Then, run the eventcn-aabe-hourly-eventby doing the same.Hope this helps!
