    Well this is for sure the weirdest thing —

    I tried your suggestion — ‘Try visiting the page with your account with a private browser window’ ….

    And when I did this everything worked as it should.

    Connections is working as it should — but I am clueless as to why this problem manifested as it did, and how just using the private browser window made the problem go away and things appear fine.

    Thanks for taking the time to go through this crazy situation and come up with an idea.

    I really appreciate it.

    Curios indeed. Try another browser too. Connections doesn’t use cookies or anything… perhaps it is a browser extension causing it somehow. Recently, in Chrome, I could not access my bank’s site unless I visited in a private session. It would just refuse to connect. As quickly as it stopped working, it starting working again. No clue on what the cause was or what fixed it.
