Guestsorry if this is a duplicate reply. I had sent a reply, but it looks like my reply disappeared
We did receive it and it looks like it is what we had hoped for! Again, thank you.
We did have a question however: Is it possible to have the results list (which is located below the drop down on the page) automatically refresh when an option is selected without having to hit the Search button?

Well, not possible as it is. Right now it functions as designed because there are several available search criteria. It seems to me to make more sense to let the user fill in each (as desired) before performing the query… Having the page refresh while the user is trying to input search criteria could be pretty frustrating.

GuestGotcha. Only thing is that one of my search pages has just one drop down with a list of services, so I thought I would ask just in case the client asks for it to automatically populate on selection for that particular page. :)
But if that’s too complicated then no worries.

On the one page, you could use the templates category filter instead. It auto submits when you make a category selection.
Hope that helps!

GuestOk great. Would you be able to provide the shortcode example of that?
Thanks!

Well, you would remove the multiple category search shortcode and then a template like cMap. cMap has the search enabled by default so it would not need to be turned on. Though it you want to use it on your other pages too… you should turn search off.
Hope that helps!
