Hmmm… that looks like a local firewall block, not Connections in WP. Od since there is nothing being downloaded. During that process the only upload occurs, that data that was entered for the entry and the photo or logo if one was added. I think you’ll have to contact your local IT support staff to see if this is a false positive that they can whitelist.
