    I was able to identify and correct the bug. I applied a hotfox to your site so you no longer have the error. I’ll push an update later today which will include this change plus a couple of other minor fixes.

    The site you linked to as an example is not built with WordPress or Connections. It appears to be bespoke.

    In regards to your query about the installation/configuration service, please use the Contact link at the very bottom of this page to get in touch with me where we can work out the details.

    @ Tony

    Not sure what the Person Element is. The best I can tell from a quick web search that this is from the Avada / Fusion Builder. They would have to provide a method in order to pull images from Connections since its images are not stored in the Media Library in order not to clutter it up and keep Connections as performant as possible.

    I do have plans on adding a WordPress Editor block (Gutenberg) which will allow one to do similar things as the people blocks in other page builders but use Connections as a source for data instead.

    Fixed. Do you recall which version you upgraded from? And, how did you apply the upgrade? After years, I still can not figure out how it is possible for the db version to be updated without the actual upgrade taking place since the version change only occurs after the actual upgrade.

    Great to see WP and Connections has been updated. You should still update cMap. You can do this by deactivating it on the Plugins admin page and then delete it.

    I just resent you sales confirmation email. It will have your download link and license key for cMap. Download the zip file and then install it as you would any other plugin and then activate it.

    Here’s the link on how to install a template if you would like more details before proceeding:

    https://connections-pro.com/documentation/install/templates/

    Here’s how to activate the cMap license key:

    • Navigate to the Connections Settings admin page.
    • Click the Licenses tab (this will only show after you have activated cMap as a plugin).
    • Copy/paste your license key in the cMap license field.
    • Click the Activate button.

    I’ll send you the multiple category search addon with instructions following this. Let me know if you do not receive it.

    Sorry, no, there is not an addon available to set entry expiration dates. Something would have to be custom developed for you. Let me know if you are interested and I can work up a quote.

    Could you please create a temp admin account using this plugin:

    Reply back, as a private reply, with the login link and I’ll take a look asap.

    RE: you do not you do not have permission to access this page – … while I’m an administrator. If I go to manage an entry and then return to categories, it is unlocked

    Please try deactivating W3TC Cache. Try WP Rocket instead if you want page caching for your site. It has worked much better for me. Just my personal experience.

    Also, I see you have two SEO plugins installed. Perhaps you should only use one?

    Lastly I see you have two security plugins installed. I recommend choosing one. These can cause increased page load times as they have to validate each request.

    I do not think any of these could cause the issue you are experiencing. But trimming plugins in use is a good start in narrowing down the cause.

    RE: Date picker

    The theme is adding a lot of padding to all dropdowns globally.

    Add I added this to the theme’s custom CSS area in the Customizer:

    .ui-datepicker .ui-datepicker-title select {
        padding: 0;
    }

    This corrects the date picker so it displays like it should.

    Hope this helps!

    I can send it but I am not sure it would work for you. Your Pro Pack license has expired long ago and so the addons are very old and out of date. Actually, so is the base Connections plugin. Even WordPress is years out of date.

    Basing these statements based on this site, http://sylvierifenburgh.com/hear/Directory/, from this post from you many years ago: https://connections-pro.com/support/topic/map-not-displaying-in-cmap/

    If this is actually for a different site with a different Pro Pack license which is current and up to date, let me know. I just want to make sure you can use it before I send it to save you time and trouble.
