    You’ll have to upgrade to cMap 3.0.1. It free and can be downloaded from your Purchase History page.

    After a quick look at the plugin, I do not believe it’ll work for you. The reason being is that it is meant to be used on pages, one per page, from what I can tell. Connections is actually just a single page, so you will not be able to add it per entry for per entry reviews. Sorry, but there would not be a way to make this compatible.

    Right the best way to be notified for updates is to follow me on Twitter, Google+ or the RSS feed. I post all notifications there. Another place is the Connections : Dashboard admin page. It’ll show update announcements there. Soon’ish, I will also be offering in admin upgrades just like the free plugins … almost there.

    1. Slim Plus and the newly update Slims should work fine with responsive themes. They were both tested against the Twenty Twelve theme at various screen sizes.

    2/3/4. Right now Form and Link serve two different purposes. Form is not yet “Link” aware so it’s only purpose is to allow site visitors to submit entries for the directory, not for users to maintain their entry. If you want users to be ale to maintain their own entry they should use the admin page that Link creates to submit it. Later this you’re the will both receive updates to make the experience much more unified.

    5. Update Link to the latest version, it contains a fix for this. The update can be downloaded from your Purchase History.
