You do not need to edit the files to accomplish this. I recommend restoring the files because any changes you make will be overwritten during an upgrade.

On the Connections : Settings admin page under the Display tab, select the Single entry option and save changes.

Now go to the Connections : Templates admin page and activate the Bio Entry Card template for both the Individual and Organization template types. For the All template, leave as the default template.

Sorry, but the Tile plus template does not show the bio /notes field. In order to make sure the tiles layout remains consistent having variable length text will break that.

Rather than force the height of the social media block, which you can’t do, if none exist, set the height of the overall card so it can account for the missing social media icons.
