    Can you please try changing the permissions on this folder to 767:
    ../wp-content/plugins/connections/cache

    Same for this file:
    ../wp-content/plugins/connections/cache/index.html

    No, the db would start at 1 and increment from there. Off the top of my head, I do not think there is a way to have a start ID on an auto increment field in the db.

    I just visited the site, none of the three entries that I can see seem to have an photo uploaded so I can’t see the issue. Can you upload a photo to one of those three and then I’ll take a look. Thanks.

    You have this line of code in your page head:

    <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=7" />

    This is forcing IE to run as IE7. That is causing jQuery a problem. remove that, and things are happy again.

    No this is not true, however, there is one scenario where it only “seems” to be true but it really isn’t.

    First, you need Link installed and active as that is the only way a link between as user and a Connections entry can be made.

    The one scenario where this would only appear to be true is if a user logged in with Link active and “their” entry in Connections didn’t have a matching email address. If you would change the email address either in the entry or in the user a link still would not happen because Link will only check once and then mark that user so they will not be checked again. The reason is because Links are persistent, meaning, after a link has been made, it will still exist even if email addresses are changed. Why is this, simply because people frequently change email addresses so you would want that link broken just because they updated their entry and not their user profile. The other reason is security, help prevent the hijacking of Connections entries so unauthorized changes can not be made.

    Hope that makes sense and helps!

    Well, that definitely means it is the theme. The fix really depends on what the theme is doing. So, there’s nothing I can suggest right now. If you post a link to a zip to your theme [I’ll remove it after I download it] I’ll take a quick look so I can offer some advice or a resolution.

    huh? How about that… found myself a bug. I apparently was using the wrong WP function to determine the current site URL. I fixed it on your site and I’ve checked all locations and the images are loading fine. I wonder how no one ran into this before. I know there are quite a few multisite users out there…

    You should be good to go now, for real. Apologies for the trouble and thanks for your patients and willingness to give me admin access so I could track down and resolve the issue.

    If you’re talking about the entry ID number that Connections creates when adding an entry, yes, that is auto incremented as each new entry is added. But there is now way to assign an ID number as the auto increment is handled by the database and not Connections or WordPress.

    I hope that answers your question.

    If it proper SEO for the sitemap, that’ll be what I do. I’ve been trying to incorporate the advice Google gives for SEO rather than what the “experts” give as guidance. I only use quotes because there’s a lot of conflicting advice out there so it’s easier to just do as Google advices. I will of course be continually improving SEO like I do every other aspect of the plugin. I hope that helps.

    Not sure I understand, the Bio Entry Card does display the bio. The is what differentiates the Bio Entry Card template from the Default Card template. It’s the Tile Plus template that does not. The Tile Plus template is designed to be like a business card, showing minimal basic contact info.
