This likely is being caused by a plugin conflict … but extremely difficult to say for sure. Can I get a temp admin account so I can see the issue firsthand. If that’s not possible, the only other thing that can be done is to deactivate all plugins except Connections and Form, then activate them one at a time until the issue returns. When it does, the last plugin activated is cause the issue. Please let me know what you find out.

I believe this might be due to an older unsupported (by its maintainers) version of PHP is being by your web host. Would you be willing to give me a temp admin account? I have a bug fix release that I’m tidying up for release, if you can give me a temp admin account I would be more than happy to install it for you to ensure that this bug fix release fixes the issue for you. This bug fix, among several others, is definitely in the next release so you will not have to worry about it.

If you want to be certain. I’d being will to install it for you to test to ensure it. All I would need is a temp admin account.

I just noticed that you’re using WordPress Multisite …

This bugfix release I’m working on has extensive changes related to multisite. Would you be will to give me a temp super admin account. I’m like to install this bugfix release for you to ensure you have no further image loading issue.

In case you’re wondering why the image issue … all the code for working with images was rewritten from the ground up, yes from scratch. Why, several reasons. All previous version sof Connections utilized third party script instead of core WP functions. This was done because WordPress had a lousy image handling API at the time when this was added to Connections. This rewrite uses all core WP image API/s. With this rewrite I also added support for responsive images and HiDPI (Retina) image support. Hope that explains it clear enough.

Sorry, I did not see you private replies!

I tried logging in, after I do all I get is a blank screen with the word error the page response code is 403 Forbidden. I can access the site using my phone so it is like my IP address being blocked.
