Connections generates links which resolve to its internal pages and on servers running Windows Server 2012 R2 / IIS 8.5 some links may resolve to a 404 page not found error. Configuring IIS to allow “double escaping” fixes the issue. In IIS, there’s a GUI setting for this within IIS Manager.
