ParticipantSteven, I have a propack license for abhr.com and need to run some testing for updates changes to customizations on my local MacBookPro native AMP server under dev.abhr.com. Is it possible to add this domain temporarily?
We have customizations you’ve assisted us with for this site. I need to run updates and possibly undo certain customizations. Previously, I don’t recall various add-ons saying they were not licensed on my local dev site

Both
.devanddev.domains will not count towards activations limits. You should be able to activate without any issues.Hope this helps! Let me know.

ParticipantSteven, the main Connections Business Directory will update successfully on my local but the add-on/widget packs continue to say “license is not active on this site” when using abhr.dev and that “Automatic update is not available.”
If I click “Activate” in the Licenses, is it correct that it will NOT impact my live site?

KeymasterRE: If I click “Activate” in the Licenses, is it correct that it will NOT impact my live site?
Correct. Attempting to activate on your local dev site, in many cases, will not count against the activation limit of the license. If the license manager cannot determine that it is a dev site. The only thing that will happen when you click activate on the dev site is that you will receive a message saying the license activation limit has been reached and the licences will not activate on the dev site.
Hoe this helps!
