ParticipantUploaded the image file to the image and logo section, but it does not show up on the page. I verified that the image file did uploaded to the serer under ../wp-content/uploads/connections-images/xxx.

When you edit the entry in the admin, do you see the photo and logo? Can you attach a screenshot showing the photo and logo?

What do the errors say? The images do not appear to be properly assigned to the entries. Can you switch the admin to English and try again so the English errors are shown?

ParticipantI did not figure out how to switch the language to English, will try. the error message means: “No available Editor to choose” sth like that. Does that mean anything?

You need to contact you web host support in regards to this error. This means that the PHP GD Image processing library is not being loaded by the web host. This a standard library that all web hosts have installed. This is likely a simple oversight on their part. After they install and configure GD Connections will work normally.

ps. WordPress actually requires it too, but is silent on the issue. No errors. What WP will do is actually serve the uploaded hires images using CSS to scale the images. This slows down your site and uses more bandwidth because larger images are being sent instead of web optimized images.
