ParticipantI am using cMap for a community directory and I had a user report that they had errors trying to add an Entry and so I decided to try using a test account and I was unable to add an Entry. Received the following message: “Please wait your submission is being processed”.
But that is as far as it goes, a new entry is created.
My website is:
http://tviot.uk/
The Entries can be seen here:

I suspect there must be a fatal javascript error on the page or the site is responding with an error that can not be processed while adding an entry. I would need a test account to determine the cause and solution.

GuestHow do you want to set up a test account? Do you need admin rights?
If you would like me to do this how do I securely send you the password?
Thanks

Set it up exactly as your test account or exactly as one of your site users. I need to see exactly what your test account and your user sees.
Additionally… also create a temp admin account using this plugin:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/temporary-login-without-password/
Reply back, as a private reply, with both the test account login details and the temp login token URL.

I believe the issue is that the plugin you are using to add captcha user verification to the admin is blocking core WordPress AJAX requests which prevents Connections Form from properly functioning.

GuestSteven,
Do you know which plug-in is causing this? I have looked but can’t find anywhere I can change/remove captcha.
I am happy to remove the Captcha – but can’t find a way to do this – suggestions please.
Many thanks
