ParticipantHi. I cannot seem to get the edit or view directory to work. I’ve tried shortcode and adding to menu. I use optimize press so they’re purchasing a membership first, then I redirect to your form, they fill out, we approve and then they should be able to go in and edit their listing. It keeps redirecting them to my welcome page.

Do you have Form activated and configured? It sounds like you might need to use that extension. My guess is the membership plugin is doing the redirecting. BY default the add/edit links will resolve to the user’s admin profile page. Membership plugins generall have an option to block access to that page.
With Form installed and configured, the add/edit links will instead resolve to the page set as the directory home page with a form where the user can edit their directory.
If you have Form installed and configured, make sure the directory home page is set to the directory home page (where the
[connection]shortcode is) and not set to the welcome page.Hope this helps, let me know.
ps. The directory home page setting is found on the Connections : Settings admin page under the General tab.

ParticipantGod bless your soul. Hours of frustration because we changed the page where the connections directory was. Once I went in and directed to the new page, it worked fine.
