    Hello, this seems like an insanely basic issue, but I just tried to purchase an extension and was not allowed to do so because I am not registered with the site … But there is no link to register … I tried the login link … No registration link there … I tried filling out the login form, was denied access, and was still not provided with a registration link … I even did a search and found that someone else asked, “How do I register,” only to be told, “You do not need to register to post a support question in the support forum.”

    LOL … Umm … I’m posting without registering now, but I still don’t know where/how to register. The most basic assistance would be appreciated.

    Sorry to hear your are having trouble! You do not need to register for an account to make a purchase, one is created for as part of the purchase process.

    • To make a purchase, add you chosen item(s) to the cart.
    • Click the Checkout button or click the cart icon is the upper right. You will be redirected to the checkout page.
    • On the checkout page:
      • Choose your desired payment method.
      • Fill in the name, email, username and password fields. This is the info used to create your account.
      • Agree to the terms and conditions by checking the box.
      • Lastly, click the Purchase button.

    ps. The link “How do I register?” you found, is a support forum FAQ found in the right side bar of this page.

    pss. A couple times a year I get asked how to register on the support forum so a question can be asked … That FAQ addresses this by saying an account is not required to post a question.
