ParticipantHi, I’ve spent several hours trying to get this to work.
When I migrated the website, the Connections directory did not migrate.
I am importing from https://crm.wpartisans.com/find-a-crm-therapist/
to
https://comprehensiveresourcemodel.com/find-a-crm-therapist/
–I have tried several variation of files. Google Sheets, txt files, Excel with settings changed according to your instructions.
–My licenses are all current and everything is in the most current version.
–I am selecting “Do not import” for the “Entry ID” Field and the “Order” field.
–I attempted the Beta version of the plugin–this did not work and I had to reinstall the regular plugin.
I actually had success when I originally used this plugin a week ago when I imported the directory to crm.wpartisans.com from the original website. But, now, it’s not working.
I have attached a couple of images showing the pages where the import got stuck when I used the Beta version. I finally gave up on the Beta and went back to trying with the regular version of the plugin.
I appreciate your help.
Thank you.
Emily

A few things to try. I recommend 128MB of memory allocated to PHP. The memory could be running out during import if the value to too low. I recommend setting the execution limit to 300. The import does try to do these automagically, but some hosts do block attempts to do this.
Another plugin or the theme could be causing PHP notices which could break the AJAX process required for importing.
Here’s a list of FAQs that covers these.
- How do I increase the WordPress Memory Limit?
- How do I increase the PHP Execution Limit?
- How do I hide PHP Warnings and Notices?
The easiest solution could be to deactivate all other plugins and do the import and then reactivate them all.
If you want me to take a quick look and attempt to import the file I’ll need a template admin login. Details can be posted here as a private reply.

Not sure how you migrated the site, but the issue was that the Connections tables in the database did not exist at all.
Deactivating and reactivating Connections installed the tables. After that using the beta, I imported your file. Looks like all went well.
Hope that helps!
