ParticipantThe Excerpts Plus Template was recently installed. We were able to upload a CSV file with the CSV import plugin. However the keyword search does not work. The search function in the category drop-down list works properly for this template. I change to the cMap template and the same problem occurred. Can you please assist?

I did just a few test searches and it seems to work fine. here are a couple links which I did a search on your site:

The one issue I do see is that the theme is messing up the styles for the select drop down. The bets option is to look thru the theme settings and see if it has any options which are meant to “enhance” the select drop downs. If you find one, I would recommend disabling that option because the theme is applying it globally — even to plugins selects drop downs.
If you find no option, I would recommend asking their support if there is a way to turn that off.
Lastly, you could try adding the following to the theme’s custom CSS area:
#cn-list .select_box { display: inline-block; } #cn-list .select_box:before { content:none; display:none; }Hope that helps!

ParticipantThank you very much. Adding the addition CSS code has the keyword search working properly.
- Best Regards
