ParticipantHi,
I am a paid user and am looking to install this system on a second web site. The new site will potentially have 700+ listings. We need to be alerted when a user makes a change to their own listing so we can review the change for “inappropriate” content.
Is there some way that a user’s change to a listing can generate an email to the site administrator reminding us to review the changes (even after the changes go live, if necessary)? Does this functionality already exist in the system or in an extension?
Thank you!

Navigate to the Connections : Roles admin page and change the permissions from Add Entry / Edit Entry to Add Entry Moderated / Edit Entry Moderated for the role of your directory users.
Thew navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Form tab. On this page you can setup notification for when entries hit the mod queue.
Hope this helps!

ParticipantPerfect. Thank you!
Now, once a change has been submitted, is there a way to auto-generate an email to the administrator that tells them a change is waiting for moderation?
I really like this program!

Sorry, I’m referring to to notification features not available in the currently released version. If you want, I can send you and an advanced copy of the next update which includes a few new options:
- Send an email notice of entry submission when submission is routed to the moderation queue.
- Send an email notice of entry submission when submission is routed to the approved queue.
- Append a changelog of changes made to an entry, when edited, to the message.
Let me know.

ParticipantHi Steven,
Thanks for the quick reply. It will probably be a few weeks before my client makes a go/no-go decision. If the new version will be available in the next few weeks, I will simply get it when we buy it.
Thank you again!
