ParticipantI entered the number I received in my initial email as the license key. After the fact, I received an email with the actual license key.
How do I replace incorrect license key with correct one?
Thank you!
Here’s what I see in back end:

Hmmm… I’m confused… You should only receive 1 email with your license key. Are you perhaps referring to the PayPal confirmation which would include a transaction ID (not a license key since it is PayPal’s record of transition).
Any way to enter you license key, navigate to the Connections : Settings admin page and click the Licenses tab as you did initially. Copy/paste your license key into the field for cMap and click the activate button. That should be all.
Hope this helps, let me know.

ParticipantNow the whole website is down. I think it is related to the installation.

Sorry, to hear you were having trouble, but establishing a database connection error would not be caused by Connections. Actually, this error means WordPress is not even able to start which mean no plugins would even be loaded. You’ll have to contact your web host because it sounds like your instance of the database has crashed or frozen and needs restarted.
Hope this helps!
