ParticipantGetting this message when adding a new entry. “ERROR: Entry could not be added” I’m fully up to date on wordpress and the connections plugin but I’m still running in to an issue with adding new listings. (‘http://navertise.net/rbd’)

Usually this occurs when the database structure is not current. This happens when the update fails to run. For some reason this happens to a very small number of users and I’ve never been able to replicate it.
If you give me an admin login, I’ll take a look and correct it. The login details can be posted here as a private reply.

Ok, the database structure is definitely not current. It’s two versions behind. In this case its not all that bad. I can easily correct it but the plugin files are not editable… I was trying to use the WordPress Plugin Editor to force the update. If you can change the permissions on the files so they are writable, I can make the change required to force the database update. Let me know when this is done and I’ll log back in and take care of it.
Alternative, if you can give me a temp FTP login, I can do it that way too.

ParticipantSince the database structure was not current could that be what’s causing the issue with the images not showing on the directory pages?

No the database structure would not affect images. Does an error message display? If it does, a patch will be displayed where the image is expected to be found. Log on to your site with FTP and navigate to the folder in the error message. Does the image exist or not. If not, then something else removed it. If it is there then the issue could be the folder permissions were changed so Connections is not longer permitted to read the content.
Hope this helps, let me know what you learn.

ParticipantIt’s actually not showing an error message of any sort. It’s also showing the image in the connections backend dashboard but on the front end of the site it’s not showing the image anywhere, on the list or on the profile page.
I have the login I sent you still active so you can see what I’m talking about.

You had
image_width="auto" image_height="auto"in the shortcode. Theautois not a valid option. Removing these fix the display.Hope this helps!
