ParticipantHi Steven
I updated just now to version 4.7 on wordpress 4.7.3
After update i do not see any plugins on the list just this line
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘(float)’ (double) (T_DOUBLE_CAST) in /home/bernadet/public_html/wp-content/plugins/connections/includes/entry/class.entry-actions.php on line 1019
I deactivated all plugins at database and reactivated the all but Connections. http://bernadetteshouse.org/about-us/board-of-directors/

wp.org is literally sending out the wrong version as updates. Seems they are broken right now, a little, because on the plugin page for Connections on wp.org, the download button is downloading an even older version.
I’m going to be releasing version 8.6.1 within a few minutes. Assuming wp.org gets its act together I suspect the issue will go away

You’ll need to login into your site via FTP and delete this folder:
../wp-content/plugins/connections/You data and settings are safe and will not be lost by deleting the
connectionsfolder. After you delete the existing version, you can reinstall Connections from the the PLugins Add New admin page like you originally did.
The latest 8.6.1 update seems to resolve the two issues that were encountered with this update. Wp.org seems to sending the correct version now and the correct version is available for download on the wp.org page for Connections. So it seems they worked out their update issues as well.
Again, apologies for the trouble this has caused you!
